Eye-Flex® Belt without spacers:
Eye-Flex® features a standard design based on a straight modular form. It is designed and constructed without spacers or perpendicularly welded under wires, providing good flow-through in applications without cross-support. Eye-Flex® is widely utilized in food processing due to its flat conveying surface, open mesh structure, and ease of cleaning. Eye-Flex® without spacers can also be repaired quickly and affordably.

Eye-Flex® Belt with underwelded wire spacing:
Eye-Flex® belting with under welded wire spacing should be used in applications where hygiene and sanitation are crucial. The under welded wire avoids potential bacteria traps behind the spacers, springs, rings, and sleeves. This design makes cleaning and sanitation simpler and more efficient.

Eye-Flex® Belt with rings as spacers:
This adaptable Eye-Flex® variation increases the belt space by adding rings between the wires. Increase the belt gap to allow more air to circulate around the bottom of the goods. Increasing product exposure to this additional airflow enhances your process efficiency.

Eye-Flex® Belt with springs as spacers:
Springs contribute to a more dimensionally stable belt in heating or freezing applications. These belts are more dimensionally stable because the wires can move along the cross rod. Springs also expose a considerable section of the connecting rod, allowing easier cleaning and sanitizing.
