Bijur Delimon 55105 Lube Point Monitor consists of two magnets in one of the oval gears. The reed switch with the body senses the passing of magnets. Any PLC can monitor the 55105 lube point. The flow of lubricant inside 55105 causes the motion of gears, and every single rotation of the oval gear equals the displacement of .040cb.in.(.65cc). The feedback from 55105 ensures that the lubricant has reached the inlet of critical lubricant points.

A lube point monitor can be used with any grease or oil system, such as Progressive Displacement(PDI) or Dual Line Progressive System. It can be mounted close to the lubrication inlet point. However, proper filtration is recommended to avoid contaminants due to intervals. The lube point monitor must be selected based on position, material and output port size.
