HAP-P Lubricator- Bijur Delimon – Manual, One Shot
Operation: The lubricator includes a spring return piston pump in a plastic reservoir. Slowly pulling up on the lever handle to the stop fills the cylinder with a predetermined volume of oil. Upon release, spring pressure discharges the oil into the system and returns the handle to its original position. The lubricator must be operated at intervals recommended by the machine manufacturer.
Notes Regarding Use
1. The lubricator inlet filter should be inspected periodically and cleaned/replaced as required. To install a replacement, disconnect the discharge tubing and remove the cylinder cap.
2. Discharge pressure will decrease as discharge volume decreases and the number of meter units in the system increases.
