Primary Belt Cleaners
Primary belt cleaners are positioned at a positive angle against the head pulley below the regular trajectory path of the material. They have one-time tensioning to maintain continuous tension and a blade-wear indicator.
Secondary Belt Cleaners

Standard Double Handle Clamp-Mount® System

Conveyor Idlers
Idlers are crucial in conveyor systems as they support the belt and its load. These conveyor idler (roller) products meet or exceed CEMA C, D, and E criteria. The unique design prevents damage to the edge of the conveyor belt, and its center pivot has a stainless steel pin within a dependable steel center shaft.
Pulley Lagging
Conveyor pulley lagging with ceramic, drive, and non-drive rubber arrowhead enhances belt traction and reduces slippage. It meets the requirements for flame-resistant products and can self-clean. They are fully enclosed by rubber that has rounded corners.
Urethane Cast Products
ASGCO’s custom urethane cast products include pipeline products and pigs, as well as urethane classifier shoes. They are used to batch or separate products and conduct internal inspections. The classier shoes are abrasion and corrosion-resistant and can be used as right and left-hand screws.
