Ammeraal Beltech
Ammeraal Beltech was incorporated in 1950 by Thomas Ammeraal. The company’s unique baking belt, capable of performing well in extreme conditions, soon took the belting market by storm and paved the way for its subsequent success. The growing use of the product enabled the company to expand beyond Dutch borders and start operating in Germany. Over the last seven decades, Ammeraal Beltech has developed new conveying concepts that support new systems by continuously investing in customer feedback and research. Today, more than 70 decades later, it is a recognized leader in various kinds of conveyor belting solutions that are used in over 25 countries. In 2019, Ammeraal Beltech and Megadyne Group announced their merged name, AMMEGA.

Ammeraal Beltech Featured Products

Synthetic Belts
Synthetic conveyor belts are made of fabrics coated on the top and bottom sides. A belt comprises one or more fabric plies that provide strength, stability, and impact resistance. These belts are ideal for mild to heavy processing and conveying applications.

Modular Belts
Modular belts provide positive drive, noise reduction, and sustainable strength. They can be set up in a brick-lay pattern, which allows for length and width personalization. Additionally, they offer excellent resistance to harsh conditions, making them suitable for a wide range of industries.

Plastic & Steel Chains
Plastic chains offer a lightweight, durable, and quiet alternative to steel chains. They are used in various industries, particularly in the food and packaging sectors, to transport different types of containers. These plastic chains are suitable for straight running and side flexing applications.

Endless Woven Belts
Endless Woven Belts can be customized with different fabric, coating, and profile combinations to suit your specific requirements. These belts offer excellent force/elongation properties, an operating temperature range of -80°C to 350°C, belt tension capabilities up to 450 N/mm, and belt speeds up to 20 m/s.

Conveyor Component
Conveyor accessories help make the conveyor system more efficient and durable. They improve product flow, stability, and smooth product transportation through guides, clamps, brackets, wear strips, and conveyor guides. These accessories also help reduce waste and maintenance costs.
Timing Belts
Timing belts consist of the toothed sprocket and belt teeth that use positive engagement to transfer power. This leads to precise shaft synchronization. As a result, speed loss and slippage do not occur. These low-maintenance belts reduce noise and do not need high tension when running.
