CXL2 Injectors & Assemblies

Injectors are mounted in manifolds close to the points of lubrication. A wide range of discharge rates and a corrosion-resistant finish make this product ideally suited for mobile and wind use and a wide range of general industrial applications.

Operation: Lubricant introduced under pressure at the inlet moves the injector piston forward. The piston displaces a pre-charge of lubricant from the discharge chamber through the outlet check valve and the feed line. When the system pressure is relieved, the piston returns to its resting position, transferring the lubricant stored in the measuring chamber to the discharge chamber. The injector is then ready for the next discharge cycle.
